Access to or use of the Airstar Filters Services shall not be construed as Airstar website purposeful ailment of the privilege or benefits of doing business in any state or legal jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Florida This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Florida without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Additionally, any claims brought against Airstar Filters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Florida.
